NJOAN Youth is more than a place to meet, worship, and make friends. It is a place where young people are groomed, discipled, and prepared for the purpose God has placed on their lives.

From the age of 13 to 25, we believe this is a significant season of discovering your identity in Christ, developing your spiritual foundation, understanding the Word of God, and learning how to live out your faith with confidence. Through worship, prayer, fellowship, teaching, mentorship, and practical ministry, NJOAN Youth helps young people grow in their relationship with God while developing the character, discipline, leadership, and spiritual maturity needed for the next season of their lives.

The vision of the Man of God is not simply to prepare you for adulthood, but to prepare you for greater responsibility in the Kingdom of God. As you grow and mature within Youth, you are also being prepared for the next stage of your journey within NJOAN.

Young men are developed and prepared to transition into KINGS, while young women are prepared to transition into ROSES. These ministries continue the journey of spiritual growth, leadership, purpose, identity, and service building on the foundation established through YOUTH.

YOUTH → KINGS / ROSES

It is a journey of growth from one ministry to the next. Where you to leave the YOUTH with more teaching, mentoring and character. The gaol is for you to have a strong foundation in God's Word, a deeper relationship with Jesus, confidence in who you are in Christ, and an understanding of the purpose God has for your life. You are being equipped not just for where you are now, but for where God is taking you next.
